The AI and Entrepreneurship Summit

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of a ticket to and your participation in the AI and Entrepreneurship Summit (the "Summit"), and your use of any related pages, content, and communications. By purchasing a ticket or accessing the Summit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase a ticket or attend.
The Summit is operated by HIM 500 LLC, doing business as Recession Proof ("we," "us," or "our"). References to "Recession Proof" and "HIM 500 LLC" in these Terms mean the same operating party.
The Summit is a three-day virtual training event held June 23 to 25, 2026, delivered live online via Zoom. Sessions, schedule, speakers, and content are subject to change. We may substitute speakers or adjust the agenda without reducing the overall value of your ticket.
Tickets are sold in tiers (for example General, VIP, Platinum, Titanium, and Diamond). Each tier unlocks a different level of access, materials, and bonuses as described on the sales page at the time of purchase. Access, community entry, replays where included, and materials are tied to the tier you purchase. Your access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without our written permission.
All ticket sales, add-ons, and upgrades are final. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or chargeback for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, change of mind, technical issues on your end, or failure to access the live sessions.
Because your seat, community access, and materials are delivered the moment your payment clears, there is no cooling-off or trial period. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to revoke your access and pursue recovery of the disputed amount and associated fees.
At checkout you may be offered optional add-ons (such as a workbook) and the option to upgrade to a higher tier before the Summit begins. These optional purchases are subject to the same all-sales-final policy in Section 5. Upgrades add the benefits of the higher tier as described at the point of upgrade.
The Summit provides education, training, and strategy. It does not guarantee any specific financial result, income, revenue, or business outcome. Any examples, case studies, or results referenced, including any figures mentioned by the host or speakers, are illustrations and are not typical or promised outcomes. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, skill, market conditions, and decisions. You are solely responsible for your business and financial choices.
You agree to participate respectfully and to refrain from disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior in any session, community, or chat. We may remove or restrict any participant who violates these standards, without refund.
All Summit content, including presentations, slides, workbooks, recordings, prompts, frameworks, and materials, is owned by or licensed to HIM 500 LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own purposes. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share any Summit content without our prior written consent.
The Summit relies on third-party services, including video conferencing and payment processing. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of third-party providers.
The Summit and all materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Summit will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HIM 500 LLC and its owners, team, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your purchase or participation. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Summit will not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HIM 500 LLC, its owners, team, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Summit or its materials.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING_STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued participation after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
